We deal with up to five councils in Crystal Palace area, so we appreciate how complicated it can be. Not all councils use the same approach when they respond and offer support to businesses.

Become an annual business member, from £50.
A limited number of funded free memberships are available for high street businesses with SE19/Croydon postcodes. Contact us for more info.
Associate memberships are available for community groups and cultural and heritage organisations. We're here to help you connect with local businesses.

It is important that we can contact and connect as many high street Crystal Palace businesses as possible, so that we can share important community updates via email, including any emergency response messages.

Paid memberships help us to keep ShopSE19 running
We have created a membership scheme open to all local high street shops/ services and venues in Crystal Palace, SE19.
Thank you to our founder members who have already signed-up in 2021.
We have been provided with funding to offer Croydon-based high street businesses with free or match-funded memberships for the year.
If you already joined and paid in 2021, we will extend your membership to Jan 2023 for no extra charge.
All other High Street businesses based in other SE19 locations can join for the introductory flat rate of £50, subject to eligibility. This will cover your membership until end Nov 2022.
The sooner you join, the sooner you will be able to access shared benefits, gain extra exposure and have a say in our activities.
Member businesses can access preferential services, such as discounted advertising, training and extra promotional benefits, and help us to shape the activities of Shop SE19 in 2022.
As a paid member you are strengthening our local business network in Crystal Palace. This helps us to continue the not-for-profit support work of Shop SE19.
You are contributing to: co-ordinated local business activities, outreach and promotions, production of communications materials to support our local high streets.
You are contributing to building a stronger voice in community decisions for our high street businesses in Crystal Palace across all boroughs.
None of this would be possible without paid-membership support.

About our business hub for Crystal Palace businesses
In 2020, in response to the pandemic, we made our website front page available as a temporary emergency information hub for businesses and local services dealing with the impact of Coronavirus / Covid-19 (20 March 2020 - 14 June 2020).
After the end of the first lockdown in 2020, we created a permanent Covid19 Hub for businesses in Crystal Palace to provide quick and easy access to information and resources currently available from local authorities.
Now in March 2022, we want to make a permanent support hub for Crystal Palace businesses and have moved the Covid support content to a separate page.
